Step One:
Start off with a cleansed, toned, and moisturized face.

Step Two and Three:

Apply your concealer, foundation, and translucent powder the way you normally do.
Fill in your brows and gel em!

Step Four:

Taking a round blush brush, dip it into a bright pink blush and apply in a round, swirly motion to the apples of your cheeks and blend in well!

Step Five:

Take a shimmery blue loose highlighting powder(or any highlighting product you have) and lightly apply it over the pink blush, just to make your face glow a bit more.

Step Six:

With your finger(or creme eyeshadow brush), apply a light silver creme eyeshadow to your entire lid all the way up to your eyebrow.

Step Seven:

With a small eyeshadow brush, take the Sea Blue eyeshadow and apply it to the inner half of your eyelid, being careful not to go over your crease.

Step Eight:

With a medium sized eyeshadow brush, apply the Tropical Green eyeshadow to the outer half of your eye.

Step Nine:

Take an angled crease brush and apply the Royal Blue eyeshadow to your crease using a windshield wiper motion, do not go higher than the crease! otherwise you`ll look a bit drag-ish.

Step Ten:

With a still, fairly largish highlighting brush, use the white eyeshadow to fill in the empty space from your crease to your eyebrow. Once that is done, just quickly take a small brush and blend some silver eyeshadow into the inner corners of the eyes, by your tearducts.

Step Eleven:

Take a big fluffy blending brush and blend blend blend the eyeshadow together until all harsh lines have disappeared.

Steps Twelve and Thirteen:

Grab an eyeliner brush and your navy eyeshadow. wet the brush and line only the outer half of your top lid in the navy eyeshadow, slightly extending it outwards to make your eyes seem bigger. Then take a teal eyeliner(this part is optional) and line your waterline.

Steps Fourteen and Fifteen:

Curl your lashes and apply black mas
cara ONLY to your top lashes!!!!

Step Sixteen:

Since this look is quite bright, just apply a clear gloss over your lips to keep the rest of your face looking simple!

And now the look is completed! Go show it off!
